GRKTECH Terms and Conditions

GRKTECH Football Survivor

GRKTECH provides software for administering Football Survivor pools. Pool rules, entry requirements, prizes, payment arrangements, and participant eligibility are established by the administrator of each pool. Users are responsible for reviewing the rules of the pool they join.

Football Survivor SMS Program

The program name is GRKTECH Football Survivor. Users who voluntarily opt in may receive SMS account notifications concerning weekly picks, pick confirmations, game results, advancement, elimination, pool status, and related operational reminders.

Message frequency varies based on the pool schedule and participant activity. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of participating in a Football Survivor pool.

Opting Out and Help

You may stop Football Survivor SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, no further Football Survivor SMS messages will be sent unless you later opt in again. Reply HELP for help. Additional assistance is available through the GRKTECH portal.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. GRKTECH cannot guarantee the timing or availability of carrier networks or third-party sports data used by Football Survivor.

Privacy

Use of GRKTECH and the Football Survivor SMS program is also subject to the GRKTECH Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Changes

GRKTECH may update these terms as features, messaging requirements, or applicable rules change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
